Due to the current COVID-19 health crisis and MDTA’s commitment to protect the public and agency members, the public is encouraged to provide public testimony through the call-in sessions.
To register for public or one-on-one testimony at a Tier 1 DEIS In-Person Testimony Session, please call 877-249-8370. In-Person Testimony Sessions will be held on April 21 and 22, 2021 from 6-8 pm in Annapolis, MD and Stevensville, MD, respectively.
To help the MDTA capture demographic information for the Bay Crossing Study, we invite you to take our Voluntary Demographic Survey. This survey will help us to ensure that we are reaching the communities that are affected by the Bay Crossing Study under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Title VI provides opportunities for public participation in decision-making without regard to race, color, or national origin, including populations with Limited English Proficiency. View more information regarding Title VI and other non-discrimination laws.
