Draft EIS Public Hearings Testimony Registration

One virtual and two in-person public hearings will be held in February, where the public will have the opportunity to submit comments and provide testimony on the NEPA Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Chesapeake Bay Crossing Study: Tier 2 NEPA (Tier 2 Study), and the MDTA-Recommended Preferred Alternative, Alternative C. Please note: In-person public hearings will feature an open house format beginning at 5 p.m., allowing attendees time to view project displays and materials. Live testimony sessions will begin at 6 p.m.
