Scoping/Notice of Intent (NOI)

The Tier 2 Study environmental review process was formally initiated with the publication of a Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare the Tier 2 Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) in the Federal Register. The NOI contains important details about the study. Please see the links below.

The recent December 2024 Open Houses served as scoping meetings to solicit input on the issues that will be evaluated in the EIS. A summary of comments received from the Open House Survey will be posted in the near future.
